These terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.

Who you are buying from

vapkicks.com is operated under the name Vapkicks. We ship from two warehouses, one inside the European Union and one in China. You can reach us at support@vapkicks.com or on WhatsApp at +86 18675981899; the contact page carries the full details.

Age

You must be at least the minimum legal age for buying vaping products in your country of residence, which is 18 in most EU member states, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are. We may cancel an order, and refund it, if we have reason to believe you are not.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The email you receive at checkout acknowledges that we have received it; the contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency selected there, and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are added at checkout before you confirm the order.

We may change prices at any time, but the price you confirmed is the price that applies to your order.

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment method you choose there. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Shipping and delivery

We dispatch from two warehouses. The product page of each item states which one it ships from.

• Orders shipped from the EU warehouse usually arrive within 3–7 working days.
• Orders shipped from the China warehouse usually arrive within 10–12 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If an order does not arrive, tell us and we will investigate with the carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Orders shipped from outside the European Union may attract import duty or customs charges. Those are payable by you and are not included in the price.

Cancelling and returning

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, write to support@vapkicks.com within those 14 days and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method you used.

These are sealed products for inhalation, so we can only take back goods that are unopened and in the condition you received them. Once the seal is broken we cannot resell them, and the right of withdrawal does not apply.

If what arrives is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the return postage. That is a separate right from withdrawal and is not affected by the seal.

Product information

Product pages state the nicotine strength and the puff count we were given by the manufacturer. Photographs are for illustration; packaging and colourways change between production runs.

We describe what the products contain and how they are used. We make no health claims, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Nicotine is an addictive chemical. These products are not intended for people who do not already use nicotine, nor for anyone who is pregnant or who has a heart condition.

Wholesale orders

If you buy for resale, you are responsible for holding whatever licence or registration your country requires in order to sell vaping products, and for complying with the advertising and labelling rules that apply to you. Contact us before ordering in bulk so that we can agree terms and lead times.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for damage caused by misusing a product or using it against the instructions on the pack.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live, and nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Law and disputes

These terms are subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live, which apply whatever these terms say. If you want to complain, write to support@vapkicks.com first and we will try to resolve it directly.
